And I get it. Sometimes I’ll hear, “We just need something simple,” or “Is there anyone who does sessions for $100?” There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a budget. And there’s nothing wrong with hiring someone just starting out. But what many people don’t see is what it actually costs to run a photography business in 2026. Photography Does Not End When the Camera Clicks. When you book a session, you’re not just paying for 30 minutes or an hour of someone holding a camera. You’re paying for:
